Online Education Platform

1. Definitions

"Platform"

means the Company's website and mobile application that provides online tutoring services, study sheet marketplace, score calculation programs, educational news, exam bank, and other related services.

"Company"

means the provider of the online education platform.

"Users"

means students, parents, tutors, and all types of service users on the Platform.

"Study Sheets"

means summary documents, learning materials, or educational content in various formats sold on the Platform.

"Personal Data"

means data of natural persons that can identify such persons, whether directly or indirectly.

2. General Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") shall be effective from the date of announcement until further amendments are made.

When amendments are made, the Company will announce the updated Terms through the Platform and notify Users to read and accept the new Terms through the Platform.

Using the Platform services constitutes consent and acceptance of all Terms, including the Privacy Policy established by the Company.

3. Registration

Users registering for Platform services must be natural persons aged 15 years or older. Minors must obtain parental consent as required by law.
Users must complete registration according to the Company's procedures by providing accurate, complete, and truthful information that does not mislead others.
If the Company finds that information is inaccurate or incomplete, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate user accounts.

4. Tutoring System

4.1 Communication and Contact

Tutors and students must communicate only through channels provided by the Platform
Tutors and students are strictly prohibited from exchanging personal contact information such as phone numbers, Line ID, email, or other applications to communicate outside the Platform
Violation of this provision may result in account suspension or termination

4.2 Tutor No-Shows

Tutors who fail to attend scheduled sessions without giving at least 2 hours advance notice entitle students to full refunds
Tutors who no-show more than 3 times within 1 month may have their teaching privileges temporarily suspended

4.3 Teaching Quality

Tutors must prepare teaching content appropriate to students' levels and needs
Students have the right to evaluate and rate tutors after each session

5. Study Sheet System

Important Copyright Terms

All study sheets sold on the Platform are copyrighted and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without authorization
Strictly prohibited: Publishing, sharing, or distributing study sheets to others in any form
Users who violate copyright provisions will have their accounts immediately suspended

6. Score Calculation Programs

TCAS, NETSAT, and Admission score calculation programs use the latest criteria from relevant authorities.

⚠️ Calculation results are estimates only, not definitive outcomes. Students should verify information from official sources.

7. Payment and Refunds

Refund Policy

For courses: Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if classes haven't started
For study sheets: Refunds available within 3 days if serious errors are found

8. Account Suspension and Termination

The Company has the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in the following cases:

Violation of Terms of Service
Use of false information in registration
Copyright infringement
Causing damage to the Platform or other users

9. Company Liability Limitations

The Company is not responsible for:

Damages arising from use of Platform information or services
Users' academic results or exam scores
Damages from temporary system unavailability

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Thai law. Dispute resolution shall be under Thai court jurisdiction.

Using our services constitutes acceptance of all these Terms.
