If you want to delete your account on WITX, please follow the steps below:

Account Deletion Steps

1. Send an Email

Send an email to: support@witx.app

2. Email Subject Line

"WITX Account Deletion Request"

3. Include Details in Email

  • Full name (used for registration)
  • Email address used for registration
  • Phone number (if linked to account)
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

Account deletion is permanent

Cannot be recovered once the process is completed

Data to be deleted

Profile information, saved lessons, and usage history will be deleted or anonymized

Data retained

Except transaction data required to be kept under accounting and tax laws

Processing time

After identity verification is completed, the deletion process will be finished within 30 business days
